Frankly, we just need to put in a little effort for our goals to come to fruition and embody the visualizations of self that we have created in our mind. However, putting in effort that is misguided or misdirected can ultimately result in spinning our wheels or not achieving our goals in a timely manner. To be at our best, we must look at the quality of not just the food we are consuming but also our thoughts, our self-talk, our tribe, those we spend the most time around, our sleep, how we handle stress, etc. We cannot compartmentalize our health, we are one, body, mind, and spirit and quality counts. It’s not just calories in, calories out, but more like quality in, quality out.
