Jill Braxmeyer is a San Diego county native and an advanced NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback trainer with experience in the field since 2012. She is a NASM certified personal trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She graduated Cum Laude from SDSU with her BA in Applied Arts and Sciences. She began her education studying nursing and has chosen to focus on holistic and more natural approaches to health for over 30 years.
Jill has been weight lifting for 36 years, initially earning pro status in the largest natural bodybuilding federation, and has now earned her pro card in the IFBB, the largest, most recognized bodybuilding federation in the world, She finished off her first year competing in the IFBB 2020/21 season with a top 5 Open placing at the age of 47, a point toward the Olympia, and a 1st place Master’s title.
She, and her husband of 27 years, raised identical twin boys who now have children of their own, making Jill a grandmother of three.
Her passion is health, fitness, and longevity, based upon a holistic foundation with a focus toward small daily improvements in mind, body, and spirit. With small consistent shifts, big overall improvement can occur. She believes in being a life learner and constantly working toward new goals. She has a strong calling to help others achieve their potential through Neurofeedback Brain Training, Personal Training, Nutrition and overall health and wellness.
